Terms and Conditions for Electric Chilam
1 – Sale Policy: Once the product is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
2 – Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on products under any circumstances.
3 – Change or Exchange: Products cannot be changed or exchanged for a different item or variant.
4 – Cancellation Policy: Once your product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
5 – Delivery Inspection: It is highly recommended to record a video at the time of delivery. In case of damaged or incorrect materials, we require video evidence for further investigation. Failure to provide video evidence may result in the rejection of any claims.
6 – Damaged or Incorrect Materials: If you receive product that is damaged or incorrect, please provide video evidence within two days of delivery. We will review the evidence and take appropriate action.
7 – Non-Damaged or Correct Materials: If you receive products that are not damaged or incorrect, we will not accept any explanations or claims.
8 – Warranty: Electric Chilam products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions provided with the product for details.
9 – Use and Safety: Product should be used responsibly. We are not responsible for any misuse or accidents caused by the product.
10 – Compliance with Laws: By purchasing products, you agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the use, possession, and distribution of the product.
11 – Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the updated terms and conditions before making a purchase.
- Address Issues : In the time of delivery if courier company finds that your address is not properly given or incomplete or any error with it , it would be totally your responsibility & you can not apply for full refund, as courier return charges will be deducted from your amount.
- Refusal : At the time of delivery or in the conversation with the delivery executive customer can not refuse to accept the courier. If customer do so then any request of refund will not be accepted or initiated by our end.
